The Jerusalem Palestinian Folklore Troupe was established in 1982, driven by a deep belief in the importance of preserving Palestinian heritage as a living part of the collective memory.
Since its founding, the troupe has been dedicated to presenting traditional dabke, folkloric songs, and cultural performances through theatrical productions that blend Palestinian storytelling with both traditional and contemporary artistic expression.
The troupe includes more than 70 volunteers of different ages and backgrounds, united by a shared passion for cultural heritage and a strong sense of responsibility to pass this legacy on to future generations.
